What if I cannot drive or get to your location?

I work out of my home in Cranberry Township, PA and appreciate drop-offs. Please schedule a time to drop off with me before stopping over.

Depending on where you are located, I can pick up your items. I am routinely in the downtown Pittsburgh area during the week and can pick up in the area then. If you live farther out and don’t want to mail, I’ll usually be open to meeting halfway.

Do I provide the flash drive or do you?

First, you will need to get in touch with me to arrange a time to drop off your items.

Next, I will digitize your items (scan photos, transfer tapes/reels using software and equipment). I then place the digital files onto a flash drive and return it to you along with your items.

I believe digitizing family collections should be affordable and accessible to all. As you may know, larger companies charge a lot more - so much more that some forgo getting their materials digitized all together. I also have a full-time job and two children, so the prices are also low to show my appreciation for your patience.

I provide the first flash drive for free. If you would like me to make you more flash drives, I just ask for retail price ($5-$15). For larger orders that require external hard drives, I will add the retail prices of the drive to your final invoice.

Yes, you can! Mailing is, understandably, a bit nerve-racking for some, but if you’re willing to mail then so am I. Please address packages to:
