A few different types of scanners are used to digitize photos depending on their condition, size, and format.
Photos that are loose are easiest since they require no preparation.
Photos that are in album sleeves and that can be easily removed, will be taken out, scanned in order, and placed back in their sleeves. Depending on the size of the collection, a processing fee may apply if you want the photos returned to their original places
Photos that are stuck to an album page are not removed to prevent damage to the photograph.
If there is writing on the back of photos, it will be scanned and does not count towards the final total.
Oversized photos (larger than 11×14) are welcome and are priced depending on size.
Organization of photos are based on the labels on boxes, albums, photo piles, etc.
The main folder will be named Photos, with subfolders according to the album labels (ex: 1998, 2003 Christmas, 1976 Beach Vacation, etc). Within those subfolders will be the scanned photos from that album (ex: Scan 01, Scan 02, etc). Unlabeled groups will be named Customer Initials 01 (ex GS 01, GS 02, etc).

Organization of Videos are based on their labels (ex: 1998 Summer, 2002 Christmas, Gwen 1st Birthday, etc). Unlabeled tapes will be named Unlabeled 01, Unlabeled 02, etc.
No charge for broken or blank tapes. No charge for TV (unless you want it transferred, otherwise I skip it).
Negatives are scanned at 1200dpi and can be scanned at a higher resolution if requested. Basic color correction and dust removal is done on the scanned images.

Bulk document scanning services is available for individuals, businesses, organizations, government municipalities, and others.
The documents will be digitized and organized as searchable PDFs. Once finished, the hard copy documents will be returned and the digital files will be given to you on a hard drive or uploaded to an online storage location that you provide.
The price ranges from .05 to .10 cents per sheet depending on the final amount of documents. Processing fees apply if staples need removed and re-stapled in addition to the per page fee.

Scrapbooks and other printed media are not taken apart.
Prices and turnaround time are dependent on book and book size. The final digital product is highly customizable. For example, the book can be scanned in pages to create a PDF. Or, the images on the page can just be scanned to create individual JPEG files.
This is my Grandpa Walter's scrapbook that documents his time on the U.S.S. Santa Fe in World War II. It is extremely fragile, but I've been able to digitize the pages and photos.
